Corporate Governance

After years of effort, Bank of Chongqing has developed an independently-operating, systematically-balanced corporate governance structure, with the Shareholders’ General Meeting, the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors and the Senior Management as the main governance body, as well as the multiple-element of equity structure including state-owned (or state-controlled), foreign investment, private legal person, and natural person equity.
